My name is Yvonne Beeuwkes and one of my many hobbies is painting. People and animals are my favorite subjects. As you can see on this site, I also occasionally make a detour to other subjects. It is also wonderful to try out various techniques.
From 2008 to 2014 I painted with John Zeiner in Gennep, mainly with the palette knife. Unfortunately, John passed away in 2014.
I also took lessons from Suzan te Wildt for a while and then from Brita Seifert. I learned a lot about the technique of fine painting from both of them. 

For a few years now I have been painting with Marloes Heemskerk. She has convinced me to dare to experiment without a preconceived plan and with different materials and techniques. This produces surprising works.
